I photograph stuff…
Todays lunchtime photosession.
This sign marks the spot where the city of Lund ends and the countryside begins…
The photo is taken from the countryside overlooking the city…
Citylimit of Lund is the text on the sign.
Great shot, Black & White turns the ordinary into the sublime
I love your photos. How exactly do you do the black and white conversion?
Thanks! Its hard to say exactly how I do because it depends on the picture. But I use Camera Raw and Silverefex Pro.
Thank you…I don’t have any plug-ins…I may have to look into that!
Nice composition, great lines in the sky giving drama on the scene. Be careful with dynamic settings of silver efex, the sensor dust came visible (9 spots)
Thanks! And about the dust… I have removed a lot of spots from the picture but as you discovered I missed some 🙂
I also had to have a larger aperture than I wanted to keep some of the spots less visible… like f13 instead of f20.
My sensor is VERY dirty and really needs to be cleaned, I plan to have this done next week.
I purchased ‘Arctic butterfly’ two weeks ago in order to reduce the use of sensor swaps. You should try, nice results so far.
The processing here is just amazing
